The Harbour Rocks Hotel is a heritage listed property where we completed a full refurbishment of 53 rooms and bathrooms. The rooms and bathrooms were completed in 3 stages and took only 3 weeks per stage, all while the property was operating.

After completing the rooms we were then offered a flow-on of the contract to refurbish their public areas. The hotel was closed for two weeks while the bar, reception, public amenities, hallways and restaurant were completed.

This project was a complete upgrade including design, manufacture, procurement and project management. We even designed an original one-off carpet especially for the project.
