Stage 1 – Assessment Our representative can visit your property on a ‘no cost, no commitment basis’ to determine your needs, budget, and what you hope to achieve. We then give you some ideas of how best to obtain these results and how much it is likely to cost.
Stage 2 – Design & Create This is the fun part where we work with you to put together a colour scheme and room layout that reflects you, your property and will appeal to your guest. We provide a detailed Colour Board with drawings and also develop a furniture range that suits your budget and your ‘new look’.
Stage 3 – Manufacture This stage is where all the hard work happens behind the scenes. Our factories, manufacturers and procurement staff work tirelessly to coordinate the project, buying fabrics, making furniture and purchasing products so that it all comes together at one synchronized moment at the point of install.
Stage 4 – Install and result In a very fast and organized manner we begin the process of upgrading or fiting out your property. This includes a team of professional tradesman and our Project Manager. With the utmost respect and understanding to your guests we work through many processes to hand back a completely refurbished, fully fitted out property ready for operation with a fantastic new look.
