Bathrooms

The bathroom in any Accommodation Property is often the last area to be approached until it is in desperate need of a refurbishment and this is because it is usually a substantial project to undertake.

Bathrooms are very difficult to ‘partially upgrade’ and  therefore when they are refurbished it is usually for the long term. This is why, the right choices need to be made through careful consideration and planning.

When designing a bathroom all aspects must be considered in order to achieve the best results and comply with AAAT requirements. The design must also have longevity and be easily maintained and cleaned.

Bathrooms usually take about three weeks for a full strip out, waterproofing, new tiling and installing fixtures and fittings. To be cost and time efficient it is beneficial to upgrade a number of bathrooms at one time.

A well designed and functional bathroom is important
and experience to achieve this is essential.
